Connecting Uplisting to your Alertify dashboard allows you to seamlessly track which Alertify devices are assigned to which unit and monitor which guests are staying in your units at any given time. This integration streamlines the process of reaching out to guests when a violation occurs, reducing hassle and ensuring prompt action.
Map units from Uplisting to units in your Alertify dashboard.
Identify which guests were in the unit when a violation took place.
Ensure that key guest information is included in Alertify’s after-incident reports.
Log into your Uplisting account and go to Settings.
Select Connect.
Under Sync data from Uplisting, click on API Key.
Click on Generate API Key.
Copy the API Key generated.
Log into your Alertify account and navigate to the Integrations tab.
Locate the Uplisting logo and click on it.
Click on the Connect button in the top-right corner and agree to the terms and conditions.
Paste your API key from Uplisting and click Continue.
Units Import:
To make sure your units were successfully imported from Uplisting, simply click on the Uplisting integration again in your Alertify dashboard and navigate to the ‘Link Unit’ tab at the top of the page. Here you’ll see a list of units imported from Uplisting. If the units’ buttons say ‘Unlink’, you’ll know that your units are linked successfully and your after-incident reports will pull the correct guest information into the reports generated under the ‘Alerts’ tab.
To link a unit, simply click the ‘Link’ button, select a unit in your Uplisting account and click on the button ‘Create a link’.

Please note that Uplisting does not support sending messages through an integration. As a result, the Alertify GuestAlert feature is not supported.
