Please Note: If your PMS does not support SMS/Email messages, Guest Alerts will not be able to send SMS/Email notifications to your guests through the platform, instead Alertify will send an SMS/Email directly to your guest.
The Guest Alerts feature in your Alertify dashboard is a powerful automated notification tool designed to send SMS and email alerts to guests who violate noise and smoking policies. This feature is fully customizable, allowing hosts to:
✅ Decide whether to receive all notifications or just follow-up alerts.
✅ Give guests a chance to self-correct before intervening.
✅ Ensure a proactive approach to maintaining a peaceful rental environment.
Immediate alerts are automatically sent to guests when a noise or smoking violation is detected - day or night.
This prompts guests to correct their behavior without host intervention.
Use pre-configured message templates or personalize them to match your hosting style.
Choose how many follow-ups to send for noise and smoking violations.
Choose how you receive notifications:
All alerts to intervene immediately.
Follow-up alerts only, allowing guests time to fix the issue before you step in.
Sync your PMS units to identify which guest is responsible for a violation.
Gain a clear overview of each situation for efficient management.
