How to integrate with Lodgify

Use Alertify's integration functions to simplify


Integrating Lodgify with Alertify allows you to seamlessly track guest information and ensure accurate after-incident reporting. By connecting your Lodgify account to Alertify, you’ll know which guests are in your units and automatically pull key details into Alertify’s after-incident reports when incidents occur.



Prerequisites

Before setting up the integration, ensure you have:

  • An active Alertify dashboard account connected to your property.

  • Alertify devices installed and connected to Wi-Fi in your properties.

  • A Lodgify account with API access enabled.


Step-by-Step Integration Guide


Step 1: Retrieve Your API Key from Lodgify

  1. Log into your Lodgify account.

  2. Navigate to Settings.


  1. Select Public API.


  1. Under Generate your API Key, copy the API key displayed.


Step 2: Connect Lodgify to Alertify

  1. Log into your Alertify account.

  2. Go to the Integrations tab.

  1. Locate the Lodgify logo and click on it.

  1. Click Connect in the top right corner.



  1. Review and accept the terms and conditions.



  1. Paste your API key from Lodgify and click Continue.


Unit Import & Linking

Once connected, Alertify will import your Lodgify property units. Follow these steps to verify and link them:


Verify Unit Import

Go to the Integrations tab in your Alertify dashboard.

  1. Click on the Lodgify integration.

  2. Navigate to the Link Unit tab.

  3. You will see a list of units imported from Lodgify.

  4. If the unit’s button says Unlink, it is successfully linked.


Manually Link a Unit

If any unit is not linked:

  1. Click the Link button next to the unit.

  2. Select the corresponding unit from your Lodgify account.

  3. Click Create a link to finalize the connection.
