Integrate Host Tools with Alertify to automatically detect excessive noise or smoking incidents, message guests in real-time, and ensure accurate guest details in after-incident reports.

Prerequisites:

• An active Alertify dashboard account connected to your property.

• Alertify devices installed and connected to Wi-Fi in your properties.

How to Connect Alertify with Host Tools:

1. Login to your Alertify dashboard.

2. Navigate to the ‘Integrations’ section in the left menu.
   
   

3. Select ‘Host Tools’ from the list of integration options.
   
   

4. Click the ‘Connect’ button in the top right corner.
   
   

5. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions.
   
   

Retrieve Your Host Tools API Key:

6. Login to your Host Tools account.

7. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.

8. Navigate to ‘Settings’.
   
   

9. In the left menu, click on ‘API & Integrations’.

10. Copy your access token from this page.
    
    

Finalize the Integration:

11. Return to your Alertify dashboard.

12. Paste the access token into the designated field.

13. Click ‘Connect’.

And that's it! Your Host Tools and Alertify accounts are now linked.
