How to reboot your Alertify device
Follow these simple steps to reboot your device
Your Alertify device comes with a back-up battery installed, so rebooting is not as simple as unplugging your device and plugging it in again. Follow these simple steps below to reboot your device:
1. Locate your plugged-in device, locate the small hole at the bottom and stick a pin in it, hold it there for 3 seconds until you hear a buzz sound. PLEASE NOTE: it’s important for you to keep your device plugged in while rebooting.
2. This will restart your device, and after 5 minutes, your device should appear on the dashboard again
What if my device does not appear on the dashboard?
If your device does not appear on the dashboard, click on your Wi-Fi icon at the top to check if the ‘Alertify AP’ Wi-Fi shows up. If it does, that means your device is not connected to the dashboard. You can select the Alertify AP Wi-Fi and follow the prompts to get your Alertify device connected to the dashboard again.
