Use Alertify's integration functions to simplify
Integrating Alertify with Tokeet will ensure that your properties are protected, all while making sure your guests' are comfortable. Intervene before noise disturbances, indoor smoking and unauthorized parties turn into costly damages, know which guest is responsible for any disturbances and set up automated Guest Alerts to promptly notify guests when violations occur.
Connecting Alertify to Tokeet:
PLEASE NOTE: You will first need an Alertify account to connect to Tokeet.
How it works:
1) On the Alertify dashboard, scroll down to 'integrations' on the left tool bar
2) Then click on Tokeet and click on the 'Connect' button at the top right corner and accept the terms and conditions
3) You will be redirected to the Tokeet login. Login and click on 'Continue'
Your Tokeet account will now be integrated with Alertify. You will be redirected to the Integrations section of your Alerify Dashboard.
Units Import:
To make sure your units were successfully imported from Tokeet, simply click on the Tokeet integration again in your Alertify dashboard and navigate to the ‘Link Unit’ tab at the top of the page. Here you’ll see a list of units imported from Tokeet. If the units’ buttons say ‘Unlink’, you’ll know that your units are linked successfully and your after-incident reports will pull the correct guest information into the reports generated under the ‘Alerts’ tab.
To link a unit, simply click the ‘Link’ button, select a unit in your Tokeet account and click on the button ‘Create a link’.

Now that you’re all set, you can start turning on Alertify’s Guest Alert feature, and decide if and how you would like Alertify to message your guests when we detect a violation. If you haven’t already, be sure to customize your monitoring settings for your units.
