Use Alertify's integration functions to simplify

Integrating Alertify with iGMS is a 5 minute process! Follow this easy guide to get started.

Use IGMS to…

• Use Alertify’s GuestAlert to send automated alerts to guests if indoor smoking is detected or noise decibel levels exceed your set threshold

• Map your units in IGMS to your units in Alertify

• Know which guests were in the unit when the violation took place

How to integrate IGMS with Alertify

1. In your Alertify dashboard, navigate to the “integrations” page and click on iGMS
   
   

2. Click “connect” in the top right corner. From here, you will be directed to log into iGMS
   
   

3. Log into your iGMS account and allow Alertify to import and map your properties
   
   

Units Import: 

To make sure your units were successfully imported from IGMS, simply click on the IGMS integration again in your Alertify dashboard and navigate to the ‘Link Unit’ tab at the top of the page. Here you’ll see a list of units imported from IGMS. If the units’ buttons say ‘Unlink’, you’ll know that your units are linked successfully and your after-incident reports will pull the correct guest information into the reports generated under the ‘Alerts’ tab. 

To link a unit, simply click the ‘Link’ button, select a unit in your IGMS account and click on the button ‘Create a link’.
