How To Integrate With Guesty

Use Alertify's integration functions to simplify

Integrating your Alertify device with Guesty helps you to stay on top of potential guest violations in a more organized and hands-off way.

Here's how to integrate with Guesty through Alertify:

1) Log in to your Guesty account, and navigate to "Marketplace" within the "Integrations" heading.

2) Search "Alertify" and click "Connect."

3) A token should appear. Copy this token and then open your Alertify dashboard account, and navigate to the "Integrations" tab on the left-hand side.

4) Click on the Guesty logo, and click the "connect" button in the top right corner.

5) Read and accept the terms and conditions, then paste the token.

6) You should now be connected with Guesty and can start linking your Alertify units with your Guesty units.

Units Import:

To make sure your units were successfully imported from Guesty, simply click on the Guesty integration again in your Alertify dashboard and navigate to the ‘Link Unit’ tab at the top of the page. Here you’ll see a list of units imported from Guesty. If the units’ buttons say ‘Unlink’, you’ll know that your units are linked successfully and your after-incident reports will pull the correct guest information into the reports generated under the ‘Alerts’ tab. To link a unit, simply click the ‘Link’ button, select a unit in your Guesty account and click on the button ‘Create a link’.
