How to Integrate with Airbnb (via Hospitable Connect)

Integrating Hospitable Connect with Alertify helps you:

(1) Map units in Airbnb with your Alertify dashboard.
(2) Identify the guests staying in the unit where a violation was detected.
(3) Ensure guest details automatically populate in Alertify’s incident reports.
(4) Quickly contact guests in case of violations.

Step-by-Step Setup

(1) Log into Alertify





(2) Select Hospitable Connect

    • Locate the Airbnb Powered by Hospitable Connect logo and click on it.


(3) Start the connection

    • Click Connect in the top right corner, then agree to the terms and conditions.


(4) Connect your Airbnb account

    • You’ll be redirected to Hospitable Connect’s account page.

    • Click Connect my Airbnb account to continue.




(5) Authorize Airbnb

    • You’ll be taken to Airbnb.

    • Click Allow to give Alertify access to your listing and booking details.


(6) Return to Alertify

    • Click Take me back to Alertify to finalize the setup.




That’s it! Your Airbnb account is now connected to Alertify. Your unit and guest information will sync automatically, and incident reports will include all the details you need for quick resolution.
