Alertify AP is not showing up on my WIFI settings

Follow these simple steps to do a hard reset on your device

Alertify AP is not showing in your WIFI settings? Sometimes your device will stop emitting its WIFI signal after its been sitting for a period of time. To get it to emit that signal again, you will need to do a hard reset. Resetting your device is not as simple as unplugging and plugging it in again as it comes with a backup battery. Follow these simple steps below to perform a full factory reset on your device:



1.   Locate your plugged-in device, locate the small hole at the bottom left and stick a pin in it, hold it there for 15-20 seconds until you hear a buzz sound and see all LED lights flash blue. PLEASE NOTE: it’s important for you to keep your device plugged in while resetting.

2.   This will restart your device, and after 1-2 minutes, Alertify AP should show up on your WIFI again.

3.   Connect to Alertify AP and then follow the set-up instruction in this guide
