Temporary Connectivity Issues

After setup, you may occasionally notice the second LED turn red. This indicates that the device is struggling to connect to your internet. This issue is usually brief and might not last long enough to trigger a notification—it’s nothing to worry about.

Offline Notifications

If you receive a notification that your device is offline, it likely means that your WiFi connection is weak. To resolve this:

1. Reset your router.

2. Wait for the WiFi connection to stabilize.

The Alertify device will automatically reconnect once the internet connection is restored.
