Temperature Monitoring: How It Works

Your Alertify device is able to monitor the temperature in your STR or Hotel room. You are able to set custom temperature thresholds for the device to monitor. If the temperature falls outside of this range, you will be notified.

To customize your temperature thresholds, follow these simple steps below: 

(1) Navigate to Devices, click on the device you’d like to edit, then click on Monitoring Settings on the top menu bar. Navigate to the mini left menu bar, click on Temperature and enable the Temperature Notifications toggle. 

(2) You will also be able to set the minimum and maximum temperature you want here. 

You can also change the temperature metric by following the below steps: 

(1) Navigate to Units on the left menu bar and then click on the unit you want to edit. Then click on Monitoring Settings in the top menu bar and select General on the mini left menu.

(2) Scroll down and you will see Temperature Metric Unit. Click on this and a drop down with options will appear. Select the temperature metric of your choice.
