Receive Host Notifications To More Than One Device: How To Add Another Contact Number And Email Address
On your dashboard you can add multiple email addresses but only one contact number to receive notifications of guest violations currently happening. This is especially helpful when there are multiple people monitoring units with devices in them. You can also add individual users to your dashboard with a separate login and assign them to specific units. Learn more on adding users here.
To add another email, follow these simple steps below:
(1) Login to your Alertify dashboard
(2) Select ‘Notifications’ on the left menu bar
(4) Once you’ve added another email, you will receive an email with a verification code. Add the verification code to the textbox and press save.
Now that you have added another email, notifications will be sent to the emails listed.
