Is my Alertify device guest-privacy compliant?
Alertify’s comprehensive noise monitoring system helps hosts monitor for guest violations such as noise and indoor smoking violations. Each device is equipped with smart software that is able to detect noise decibel levels and measure air particulate matter. Therefore, we have NO cameras, NO voice-recording software and your guests need NOT worry.
Alertify was built with guest privacy at the top of our mind. So, what do we collect from guests?
Alertify measures:
> Alertify simply measures noise decibel levels. It cannot record conversations and does not have this capability.
> Alertify monitors smoking, CO2 levels, temperature, humidity, the number of mobile devices in the vicinity of the device, the devices’s backup battery level, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
What guest data does Alertify collect?
When connected with your property management system (PMS), Alertify collects:
Guests’ names, email addresses, and contact numbers.
Guests’ check-in dates and check-out dates
The guests’ property information that they are staying in for the duration of their stay
