How To Integrate With OwnerRez

Use Alertify's integration functions to simplify 

Integrate OwnerRez with Alertify to automatically import your reservations, know exactly which guests are in your units and include key reservation details in Alertify’s after-incident reports.


Prerequisites:

(1) An active Alertify dashboard account connected to your property

(2) Alertify devices installed and connected to Wi-Fi at your properties

(3) An active OwnerRez account

How to connect Alertify with OwnerRez:

STEP 1: Log in to your Alertify dashboard account

STEP 2: Navigate to ‘Integrations’ from the left-hand menu

STEP 3: Select ‘OwnerRez’ from the list of available integrations


STEP 4: Click the ‘Connect’ button in the top-right corner



STEP 5: Accept the Terms and Conditions by clicking ‘Agree and Continue’



STEP 6: You’ll be redirected to the OwnerRez authorization page

STEP 7: Log in to your OwnerRez account and authorize access for Alertify

STEP 8: Click ‘Authorize Alertify’ to grant permissions


STEP 9: You’ll be redirected back to Alertify, and your integration will be complete

Units Import:

To verify your units have been successfully imported from OwnerRez:

(1) Click on the OwnerRez integration again in your Alertify dashboard

(2) Go to the ‘Link Unit’ tab at the top of the page

(3) You’ll see a list of units imported from OwnerRez

(4) If the buttons next to your units show ‘Unlink’, that means they’re successfully connected and guest information will now automatically populate in your after-incident reports under the ‘Alerts’ tab

To manually link a unit:

(5) Click ‘Link’, select the corresponding unit from your OwnerRez account, and press ‘Create a link’
