Use Alertify's integration functions to simplify

Integrate Hosthub with Alertify and notify guests when noise, smoking or guest occupancy violations occur. With Alertify’s GuestAlert feature, noise issues are dealt with quickly by sending automated warnings via SMS.

Prerequisites:

1. An active Alertify account connected to your property

2. Alertify devices installed and connected to Wi-Fi in your properties

On Hosthub…

1. Log into your Hosthub account and go to 'Settings'
   
   

2. Scroll down to  ‘API Keys’
   
   

3. Click the ‘Create New API Key' button

4. Name your API Key ‘Alertify’ (this step is optional, but we highly recommend doing this)
   
   

On Alertify…

1. Log into your Alertify account and navigate to the ‘Integrations' tab
   
   

2. Locate the Hosthub logo and click on it
   
   

3. Click on the 'Connect' button in the top right corner, and agree to the terms and conditions
   
   

4. Enter your API Key from your Hosthub API and click 'Continue'
   
   

5. If the connection was successful, you can now begin linking your Alertify units to your Hospitable units

Units Import:

To make sure your units were successfully imported from Hosthub, simply click on the Hosthub integration again in your Alertify dashboard and navigate to the ‘Link Unit’ tab at the top of the page. Here you’ll see a list of units imported from Hosthub. If the units’ buttons say ‘Unlink’, you’ll know that your units are linked successfully and your after-incident reports will pull the correct guest information into the reports generated under the ‘Alerts’ tab. 

To link a unit, simply click the ‘Link’ button, select a unit in your Hosthub account and click on the button ‘Create a link’.
