Payment for the subscription occurs automatically and annually through our payment gateway partner. Subscribers must provide accurate billing information, including name, billing address, and payment details. Once the payment for the subscription has been processed, it is non-refundable. In the event of an unsuccessful payment, Alertify reserves the right to suspend or cancel the subscription.

Subscribers who wish to cancel their subscription must notify Alertify via email at least 30 days prior to the subscription renewal date. The cancellation request should be sent to support@alertify.io with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation."
1. Device Return: All devices provided by Alertify must be shipped back to the specified return address, which will be provided upon receipt of the cancellation request.
2. Shipping Costs: The subscriber is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the devices.
Alertify operates on a non-refundable payment policy. Once the subscription fee has been processed, it cannot be refunded, either in full or in part.
If the payment for the subscription is unsuccessful for any reason, Alertify reserves the right to take the following actions:
1. Suspension of Subscription: The subscription may be temporarily suspended until the payment issue is resolved.
2. Cancellation of Subscription: If the payment issue is not resolved in a timely manner, Alertify reserves the right to cancel the subscription.
Alertify reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes to this policy via email. Continued use of the service after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
